THAILAND TRAVEL MART + 2017, CHIANG MAI
Select Representation will be attending Thailand Travel Mart Plus (TTM +) between 14-16 June 2017, at the Chiang Mai International Exhibition and Convention Centre (CMECC). This popular annual travel trade show primarily focuses on trade and business talks between tour operators, hotels, destination management companies, airlines, tourist attractions and tourist boards. The event, first organized in 2001, promotes tourism in Thailand and the Greater Mekong Sub region. The major markets to attend come from Europe, South East Asia, Eastern Asia, the United States, Australia, and New Zealand, as well as emerging markets, such as, the CIS countries, Eastern Europe, Middle East, South America, and South Africa.
As per tradition, Select Representation will be helping to organise the 4th annual football match between Thai hoteliers and UK & European product / contract managers on 13th June, kick off 3 pm. The venue for this years re-match is the Alpine Golf Resort, which is a short drive outside of the city of Chiang Mai. Though predominantly a golf club the venue provides an excellent football camp, that has been used by a number of different professional clubs, including Muangthong United, one of Thailand’s best teams, and Arsene Wenger’s old Japanese club Nagoya Grampus Eight.
